Fourteen swimmers headed south to the DG One Centre in Dumfries for the Dumfries Distance Meet. All the 200m events were age group based with events of 400m upwards being open based. Five Lanark swimmers struck gold, Euan McComish (3), Alyson Henderson (2), Robyn Patrick, Morven McNab and Alastair Gourlay.
Posting personal best times were Katie McIntyre, Kimberley Bone, Sarah Richardson, Maya Andrew and Ross McComish.
