Jack McComish - DSE Great Britain Senior Championships at Sheffield - November 09
Lanark ASC Swimmer Jack McComish travelled to Sheffield with the Scottish Disability & Sensory Impaired Team last weekend, Saturday 21st November 09.

Jack did the Scotland Team proud by winning 4 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 bronze medals whilst recording five new personal best times. 100m Fly 1.08.41, 100m Back 1.10.82, 100m Breast 1.14.58, 100 Free 59.04, 400m Free 4.28.24.

Paul Wilson the Scottish Disability Swimming Development Officer was delighted with Jack's performance which helped the Scotland team finish a creditable 4th place from 12 participating teams.
