Last weekend Lanark Amateur Swimming Club's Jack McComish represented Scotland at the GB National DSE Championships held at the Ponds Forge in Sheffield.

Fourteen year old Jack was in excellent form winning seven gold and one silver medal from his eight swims. The Lanark swimmer posted new personal best times in the 50m butterfly (29.87), 100m butterfly (1.06.77), 100m backstroke (1.09.24), 50m freestyle (26.83), 100m freestyle (57.83) and 400m freestyle (4.21.89) which was also a new Club Record.
Coach Karen Kelly was delighted with Jack's form .

"Jack can be proud of his performances at Sheffield. His consistency has shown why he has been selected for the Great Britain Senior Team which will compete at the European Championships in June."
