Lanark ASC headed to Grangemouth last weekend for the West District Distance Meet. The local swimmers one gold, seven silvers and two bronze medals. Cameron Watkins (14) won the 400m freestyle and was second in the 400m IM. Ross McCafferty (16o) was second in the 400m IM in a new Club Record of 4.38.35. Jack McComish competing in the same age group was third in the 400m IM. Younger brother Euan was second in the 400m IM, 400m freestyle and 1500m freestyle. Maya Andrew (15) was second in the 400m IM and third in the 400m freestyle.
