Lanark ASC is a fully competitive club and regularly compete in Galas usually within the SASA West District.

Membership is via South Lanarkshire Leisure lessons or Open Night Recruitment. Membership number varies with age ranging from 6 - 18 years.

Karen Kelly is our Head Coach and is assisted by teachers, with committee members contributing in a supportive role.

Karen's motto is simple - NO TRAIN, NO GAIN!
